Thank you for choosing 910 Clean for your cleaning needs.

910 Clean is locally owned and operated.

910 Clean is an Environmentally Friendly cleaning, serving NC since 2015.

We are a fully insured company, carrying all legally required worker's compensation insurance to ensure your peace of mind.

To ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all our clients, we have outlined our company policies and frequently asked questions below.

POLICIES AND FAQ’s

- Cancellations

When a reservation is confirmed, we dedicate that time slot to your service, allocate the necessary work hours, and decline other potential clients. While we prefer not to charge cancellation fees, they are necessary for cancellations made with little or no notice. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but it is a common practice across many service providers to ensure business continuity.

-Returned Checks

In the event of a returned check, the client agrees to make an electronic payment (via Venmo or Zelle) for 100% of the service cost, plus a $50 returned check fee.

-Skipped Cleanings

 For cleanings skipped with less than five business days' notice, a $100 "skipping" fee will be added to your next cleaning service. This is because your home will be going double the usual time between cleanings.

- Add-on Services 
We are happy to provide you with additional services (inside of the refrigerator/cupboards, extra linens, etc).  Additional tasks need to be requested in advance via email or text so we can schedule the additional time and supplies needed.  Additional fees are incurred when additional services are needed.  

Termination of Services


 Clients may terminate cleaning services at any time by providing 910 Clean a minimum of 30 days' written notice via email. Please note that the client is responsible for the full cost of all regular services scheduled within that 30-day period, whether performed or not. 910 Clean reserves the right to cancel services without notice for any violation of our policies.

Holiday Request:
The sooner the better. 
We will not skip your cleaning due to a holiday, we reserve the right to adjust your cleaning forward or back a couple to few days.

-Lock Out, Alarm, etc

In the event of a lockout, a triggered alarm, or if the home is inaccessible for any other reason, the client agrees to make an electronic payment (via Venmo or Zelle) for 100% of the service cost, plus an additional 10% lockout fee. 910 Clean will contact the customer at the number or email provided and will wait for 20 minutes.

 -Photography

In hiring 910 Clean, you acknowledge that we may take before/after pictures or pictures of areas that shine. We do not use any pictures with personal information (e.g., photos, paperwork) and will tastefully edit identifiable information out as needed, unless informed by the client not to.

 -Payment Discretion

 910 Clean reserves the right to perform or not to perform services in the event of nonpayment, at our sole discretion. Additionally, 910 Clean reserves the right to require prepayment, via Venmo or Zelle, at our sole discretion.

- Hygiene
We do not touch or clean bodily fluids, human or animal waste (includes human waste left on toilets), that includes cat or dog waste, other critter droppings, etc.

  - Confidentiality

910 Clean recognizes and acknowledges that this agreement creates a confidential relationship between 910 Clean and the client. Information concerning the client’s business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential information. 910 Clean agrees that it will not, at any time, during or after the term of this agreement, disclose any confidential information to any person or business whatsoever. 910 Clean further agrees to bind its staff to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The information in this document is privileged and confidential information of 910 Clean. You are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution, or copy of this document and/or information is strictly prohibited. Any disclosure of the above-stated information is a direct violation of protected trade information. By hiring 910 Clean, you are agreeing to all terms and policies listed above.
